10/25/07	Informational Meeting, 11/1/07 at 6:30 p.m.	[The following text is from the CHS eNews letter.] Girls interested in playing Cleveland Women's Lacrosse are invited to an informational meeting on Thursday 11/1 at 6:30 pm in the Cleveland library. Cleveland fields a JV and Varsity squad. Lacrosse is an excellent crossover sport for girls who play soccer or basketball. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, just an interest in learning the game and having fun. Women’s lacrosse is a non-contact sport that is based on running and passing. The only equipment required for field play is a stick and eyewear. Come to the meeting to hear more about the team, meet the coaching staff and talk to current players.
